Melbourne, Victoria, and its surrounding regions make up our primary service areas. In addition, we can also provide services for companies in remote locations (travel surcharges can apply).
To clean an entire space, we employ more than 100 different types of equipment. Various cleaning solutions, vacuum cleaners, steam sanitation workers, scrubbing machines, and other cleaning necessities are all part of our equipment lineup.
The frequency of cleaning is affected by several variables, including proximity to a busy road, the presence of children or pets, daily routines, etc. However, we suggest utilizing our service at a minimum once every third month. Alternatively, you can enroll in one of our basic cleaning packages as well as end yourself saving money.
We are open Monday through Friday, however, we will consider weekend bookings if you need us to do so because of the use of your premises, a deadline for an event, or if we are completely booked throughout the week.
Upon completion of the cleaning, you may make a cash or check payment. Use a credit card, debit card, e-wallet, etc. to make payments.
Most of the work is done for you by us. Before we arrive, there are a few things you must have prepared. Don't worry; your quote already includes everything you need for your convenience.
1. Parking Is Necessary We need parking because we utilize tools, machinery, and equipment throughout the booking. We will need a few parking spaces reserved for our crew, preferably close to the building.
2. Site Access Any gate codes, access cards, or keys must be given to our crew before they can enter your property. Our day begins between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. A staff member must be present to provide access if it cannot be set up remotely.
3. Access-restricting or sensitive items Please relocate any items that might be chemically or water sensitive so that we can work all over the building. Included in this are any outside furniture, potted plants, and decorations that might be hanging from or close to the building's face. For an additional fee, our team can carry out this task on your company's behalf if you happen to be unable to. Please be aware that we cannot transport big objects and are not responsible for lost or broken items
The majority of our quotes are done remotely using systems for property mapping and your internet inquiry. When finalizing your quote, we could ask for a site visit to check accuracy. If a site inspection is necessary, we will get in touch to arrange one.
If online inductions are necessary for our team, make sure to email them to us before the booking date. Our team will provide a free onsite induction if it is necessary upon signing in to the site and takes less than 30 minutes. However, if the onsite induction takes longer than 30 minutes, our site team may be charged more.
Yes! Many of our clients are engaged in a fixed frequency booking with us. We simply contact you when your services are next due to confirm a booking time that suits. Areas of your property like gutters, or solar panels need to be cleaned reguarly to ensure they’re working for your property efficiently. If they’re not, you may be in risk of premenant property damage and run into emergency situations with water damage. External areas such as facades, external windows, and roofing should be regularly cleaned to assist in street appeal and general upkeep. We offer maintenance cleans in the frequency of: Annually, Six Monthly, Quarterly, Two Monthly, and Monthly. Our maintenance cleans include discounted pricing, due to the recurrance and regular maintenance of the area being cleaned.
